Anthologix gives consulting firms, agencies, and facilitation teams one place to manage your program library, track every client delivery, and keep a record that gets more useful with every engagement.
Sound familiar?
That is not a reflection of how you work. It is just what happens when the tools were never designed around program delivery.
What Anthologix is
Anthologix is not a project management tool or a CRM. It is a program delivery platform built specifically for teams that develop programs and deliver them to clients.
It gives you a place to build and maintain your program library, log client deliveries against those programs, capture what happened during and after each session, and track follow-ups through to completion. Over time, it becomes a record of what your team delivered, what came out of it, and what is still open.
If your team uses a CRM to manage client relationships, Anthologix is designed to live alongside it. Your delivery history stays in Anthologix. Your pipeline and accounts stay where they are. If you have integration questions, reach out and we will walk you through how teams usually handle that.
What becomes possible
Four things that get cleaner when the work lives in one place.
Build your program library once and maintain it in one place. Know which programs are active, which ones need a review before they go out again, and which ones have been retired. When someone on your team needs to know what is current, the answer is right there.
Every delivery is logged against the client it was built for. The brief, delivery notes, debrief, and follow-up all stay in one place, visible to the people who need them. The history is already there when it is time to prepare for a re-engagement call.
Log what actually happened during a session, what landed, what did not, and what the client said when the work was over. That information is usually the most valuable thing your team produces. It should not live in someone's inbox.
After a delivery closes, the relationship is often just getting started. Track follow-up conversations, outstanding next steps, and re-engagement timing so good work has a clearer path into what comes next.
Your program library, your clients, and your delivery history, all in one view so your team always knows what has been delivered, what is active, and what still needs follow-up.
Is this for you?
If that describes where you are, you are probably in the right place. If you are earlier in building your practice, still formalizing your programs, or taking on your first clients, reach out first. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.
Is this a CRM?
No. Anthologix tracks what you deliver to clients and what happens before and after each engagement. It is not designed to replace your CRM or manage your sales pipeline. It is designed to live alongside whatever you already use for that. If you have questions about integrating with your existing CRM, we are happy to have that conversation.
Does this work for solo facilitators or only for teams?
It works for both. Solo practitioners use it to build a professional record of their work, capture what happened in the debrief while it is still fresh, and keep follow-up from slipping through the cracks. Teams use it to share the program library, coordinate across facilitators, make sure debrief insights do not stay buried in one person's notes, and keep the delivery history visible to everyone who needs it.
How is this different from a shared folder or a spreadsheet?
A folder, a spreadsheet, or even a project management tool can hold information. Anthologix connects it. A delivery is linked to a client, which is linked to a program, which carries a history of every time it has been used. That structure makes it possible to answer questions those tools were not designed to answer, like which clients are overdue for a follow-up, or which version of a program was delivered to a specific client eighteen months ago.
What does it cost?
Plans and current pricing are on the pricing page.
